Scripture:

The spirit then compelled Jesus to go into the wilderness, where he was tempted by Satan for forty days. He was out among the wild animals, and angels took care of him. Mark 1:12-13

Own Words/Observation:

Jesus did so many amazing things, that mark decides to just sum up this long period of time with one sentence. But even though Jesus was in the wilderness for so long, the angels took care of him and he wasn’t hurt.

Apply it:

I need to always remember that God will take care of me. No matter what’s going on around me, God will always be in control.

Prayer:

God thanks so much for loving me so much that you sent Jesus down here to die for me. Thank you for being in control of every part of my life. Help me to always remember that you are faithful! In Jesus name, Amen.
